Department of Economic Development; establishment of the Georgia Peach Walk of Fame Advisory Council; provide

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 7 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Department of Economic Development, so as to provide for the establishment of the Georgia Peach Walk of Fame Advisory Council; to provide for appointment of members to the advisory council; to provide for criteria of the membership of the advisory council; to provide for the election of officers; to provide for terms of members; to provide for quarterly meetings; to provide for expenses; to provide for the purpose and activities of the advisory council; to provide for funding; to provide for annual reports; to provide for a definition; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
