Drug Abuse Treatment and Education Programs; definition of drugs to include alcohol and its derivatives; revise

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 5 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to drug abuse treatment and education programs, so as to revise the definition of drugs to include alcohol and its derivatives; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
