Juvenile proceedings; authorize sharing of GPS monitoring with law enforcement and school districts

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 12 of Article 6 of Chapter 11 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to disposition of delinquency in the juvenile code, so as to authorize sharing of GPS monitoring with law enforcement and school districts; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
