Drivers licenses; require intervention component for DUI Alcohol or Drug Use Risk Reduction Programs be conducted in person

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 5 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to drivers' licenses, so as to require the intervention component for DUI Alcohol or Drug Use Risk Reduction Programs be conducted in person; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
