Community Affairs, Department of; ensure that Rosenwald Schools are treated as historic properties

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 12-3-58 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to powers, duties, and authority of the Department of Community Affairs and historic preservation grant program, so as to ensure that Rosenwald Schools are treated as historic properties for the purpose of the historic preservation grant program and historic preservation grant fund; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
