Tallapoosa River Basin; daily emission limitations for toluene from stationary sources; provide

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 9 of Title 12 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to air quality, so as to provide for daily emission limitations for toluene from stationary sources located within the Tallapoosa River Basin; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
