Health; exempt from certificate of need requirements certain nursing homes for war veterans

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 6 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to certificate of need program, so as to exempt from certificate of need requirements certain nursing homes for war veterans; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
