Criminal procedure; offenses involving a victim under 16 years of age; include offense of aggravated sexual battery

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 17-3-2.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to exclusions for certain offenses involving a victim under 16 years of age, so as to include the offense of aggravated sexual battery; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
