Criminal procedure; imposition of death penalty; include offense of trafficking of persons for labor and sexual servitude

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 17-10-30 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to procedure for imposition of death penalty generally, so as to include the offense of trafficking of persons for labor or sexual servitude; to provide for related matters; to provide for applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
