Victims of Communism Day; November 7 of each year; designate

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 4 of Title 1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to holidays and observances, so as to designate November 7 of each year as "Victims of Communism Day"; to provide for observances; to require certain public school students to receive related instruction; to provide legislative findings; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
