Local government; additional authorized investments; provide

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 36-83-4 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to authorized investments, delegation of investment authority to financial officer, and objective of investment, so as to provide for additional authorized investments; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
