Criminal procedure; include aggravated assault as a bailable offense only before a superior court judge

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 6 of Title 17 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to bonds and recognizances, so as to include aggravated assault as a bailable offense only before a superior court judge; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
