Sumter-Americus Unification Commission Act; enact

A BILL to be entitled an Act to create and establish the Sumter-Americus County Unification Commission; to provide for a short title; to provide for definitions; to provide for the membership of said commission; to provide for the certification of the election results; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
