Coroners; provide minimum salaries

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 16 of Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to coroners, so as to provide minimum salaries of coroners; to revise compensation provisions for deputy coroners; to provide for benefits to certain coroners; to remove certain death investigation fees; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
