MARTA; prohibit stopping or parking of a motor vehicle other than a transit vehicle in a designated transit vehicle lane in the City of Atlanta

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 9 of Title 32 of the O.C.G.A., relating to Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA), so as to prohibit the stopping or parking of a motor vehicle other than a transit vehicle in a designated transit vehicle lane in the City of Atlanta; to provide for automatic repeal; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
