Deputies located Hearin at his residence and after speaking with him about the altercation, he was placed under arrest. While processing Hearin’s vehicle for impound, deputies located illegal drugs. Hearin was booked into Scott Couny Jail a 6:11 p.m. facing 2 counts of intimidation with a deadly weapon, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, neglect of a dependent, pointing a firearm at another person, and intimidation. Scott Circuit Court Judge Jason Mount set Hearin’s bond at $50,000. Hearin bonded out of jail at 10 a.m. on March 26.
