Keeping Up With The Chaldeans - Italcasa Design [13:04-17:08]
You get a very reasonable, and he was able to now and now he's collecting money, renting it every day. So as a renter, he probably didn't want to spend the highest of the high. Exactly. He wanted to look good. So when he puts the pictures up on the Airbnb, this goes out to the Airbnb people that are in the business, that are buying properties, that if you want it furnished, you go to these guys. I almost didn't cost him for that. So the whole five-bedroom house, all the furniture that we did. So he did a lot of things from Amazon on his own, like the bed sheets and all that stuff. It was $24,000. We selected all the Amazon pieces for him too. But he paid that directly. So without the Amazon budget, so to speak, our budget was $24,000. It was $25,000. We did it for $24,000. The whole five-bedroom house. The bed room, the dressers. Oh yeah. So we had another staging, this was actual staging. They used our furniture. It resulted in the highest real estate home in Taylor, Michigan. The average medium home was like 300. This house sold for $645,000 after we staged it for the real estate agent. Less than 30 days. This is the most expensive house in the city. These guys ruined the cops in Taylor. We did ruin the cops in Taylor. Everybody got a better price for the house now. I'm not a associate affiliated with Taylor, and he's looking to have some revenge. We did the majority of the lofts. We tried to start the lofts. We do all the model homes. What was the name of that? The lofts and royal oak. We staged a real estate listing. It was at the station three lofts. Station three lofts, that's what it was. We staged their penthouse. So when you say you stage them, what happens to the furniture after the house is sold? So they actually, the people that bought the unit, actually bought the furniture, and so we saw them. But from that staging, the apartment complex was able to rent 40 more units from based on our staging. It's awesome. They were at a standstill before we came in. They couldn't rent anything, and they said we need some help. Once we staged it, they were able to rent the rest of their units. So real tours, apartment owners, property managers, this is a great resource. We did talk about a lot of residential stuff, but you're not. You guys aren't strictly residential or you guys are industrial bars, lounges, hotels, everything. They actually did church hills, which is familiar with everybody. You see national church hills and Rochester. We did all the furniture for that. They did the Natutsia Italia after eight in the Amadeus chairs. They did the Cabo bar stools around their bar. Gorgeous. They did some Cabo bar stools. I see people post about that bar all the time. A lot of my friends go there, and they're always talking about the furniture and how comfortable it is and stuff. So what else besides? So that was local, but originally, we did 220 and rest. That was a while ago. We did the lighting up part. We did the lobby at the double tree hotel. We did the area in Atlanta, Georgia, for Delta, the Skylaunch. We did the lighting for the Skylaunch. We have exclusive lines that nobody gets. So like moys and exclusive lines with us, the Tootsies now going to be exclusive with us. We've done some dispensaries, like the lighting design, the cabinet design. We've done some furniture and the lobby's there as well. We did St. Regis Church and St. Daniel's Church.
