A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 1 of Title 42 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Sexual Offender Risk Review Board, so as to provide for venue for certain petitions regarding the state sexual offender registry; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
