Homeowners Protection Act; enact

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 44 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to property, so as to enact the "Homeowners Protection Act"; to provide for a rental intention affidavit regarding dispossessory proceedings; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
