Agriculture; prohibit local ordinances that prohibit operation of mobile sawmills on agricultural land

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding agriculture, so as to prohibit local ordinances that prohibit the operation of mobile sawmills on agricultural lands; to provide for agricultural products; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
