Polk County Water Authority; reappointment of members; change certain provisions

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act creating the Polk County Water Authority, approved April 14, 1967 (Ga. L. 1967, p. 3108), as amended, so as to change certain provisions relating to the reappointment of members of the Authority; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
