A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 2-1-7 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to prohibiting the acquisition of possessory interest in certain land by certain foreign persons and entities, so as to provide for a definition; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
