Workforce and Residential Infrastructure District for Georgia Act; enact

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 36 of the O.C.G.A., relating to local government, so as to provide for a short title; to provide legislative findings; to provide for definitions; to provide for establishment of community development districts; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to provide for contingent repeal; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
