Sun and clouds now with rain chances on Easter Sunday [0:00-2:53]

We are looking good out there for us on our Thursday morning should be a good day here for us across the area and nice one and here's where we're starting out right now it'll be in the 60s area wide so 62 whatever green was 66 in mobile and 69 in Pizzacola right now so looking pretty good now we dig a little bit of rain yesterday in mobile at the airport about a nickels worth so it didn't amount to much and you know our deficit will still be growing here nearly climbing up close to nine inches at this point now there was more rainfall around you statement if you're east of 65 you saw generally about nothing but if you're west of 65 you saw some rain there even spots along in Mississippi and along the state line there where we saw inch plus of rain so got some good rains in a few spots but this look kind of paint the picture for you where you know still some areas that didn't get much rain and still pretty dry out there and I think today we go dry again I don't believe we'll see much the way of any rain today or tomorrow it really won't be until Sunday till we get back into the good rain chances and here's why here comes a system is developing all this golf moisture is feeding up into it it won't get here today won't get here tomorrow won't get here Saturday come in on Sunday so Easter Sunday this system will work its way on into our area and bring a good chance to rain so today I'm going to I took the rain chances off the board really had a 20% chance anyway so I'm not anticipating any rain around the area today there'll probably be some showers just off to our west over Mississippi but I think here in our local area we stay dry here on our Thursday highs will be in the low 80s this afternoon so it'll be a warm day but a pleasant day mostly something to partly cloudy skies looking at a pretty nice one out there for today and then tomorrow same thing Saturday pretty much the same thing Sunday once again Easter Sunday is where we're going to see the rain and some cooler temperatures because this is all part of a cold front that'll be sliding on in I know time is going to be important here we have Sunrise Services here on 6 a.m. on Sunday morning it's going to be close let me just put it that way you know and obviously the timing of this can still change but it looks like it'll be pretty close but certainly by the time you're if you do a you know sort of normal time church service 10 o'clock in the morning get out around noon well here you go likely to be dealing with some rain when you head out after church maybe heading to lunch or something like that there's going to be some rain around so if you're trying to do a cook out or something like that please keep this in mind we're probably going to be dealing with rain during the afternoon on our Easter Sunday so go ahead and show you that once again 80% chance to air forest on Sunday once that rain is done though we turn cooler you can see it's going to be cooler next week also it'll be dry next week so that'll be our last good chance of rain for a while too I mean it's that that's going to be problematic for the ongoing drought but so we'll keep an eye on that for you
