State holidays; second Monday of each August as Local Elected Officials Day in Georgia; designate

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions, so as to designate the second Monday of each August as Local Elected Officials Day in Georgia; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
