Contracts; convenience fees for payment by electronic means; revise provisions

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 13 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding contracts, so as to revise provisions regarding convenience fees for payment by electronic means; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
