Family violence; substitute service when respondent is avoiding service to delay a hearing; provide

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 13 of Title 19 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to family violence, so as to provide for substitute service when respondent is avoiding service to delay a hearing; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
