Braselton, Town of; annex certain properties

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to provide a new charter for the Town of Braselton, approved June 3, 2003 (Ga. L. 2003, p. 4319), so as to annex certain properties into the town; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes.
