Child was placed in foster care and later adjudicated a CHINS. Granting wardship of Child to DCS, the CHINS court ordered DCS to be responsible for the supervision, placement, and care of Child. Child lived six months in his first foster home, after which DCS placed him in a second foster home for about six weeks.
