Providing for the relief of Marcus Button by the Pasco County School Board; providing an appropriation to compensate Marcus Button for harms and losses he sustained as a result of the negligence of an employee of the Pasco County School Board; providing an appropriation to Robin Button, as the surviving parent and natural guardian of Marcus Button, for harms and losses sustained as a result of the injury to her child, Marcus Button; providing a limitation on the payment of compensation and attorney fees, etc.
