Provides for relief of J.R. & Darline Angervil, individually & as parent & natural guardian of J.R., for injuries & damages sustained as result of negligence of South Broward Hospital District; provides appropriation to compensate Darline Angervil, individually & as parent & natural guardian of J.R., for injuries & damages sustained as result of negligence of South Broward Hospital District; provides limitation on compensation & payment of attorney fees.
