Agents of Student Athletes

Prohibiting the agent of a student athlete from receiving more than a specified percentage of the student athlete's total compensation derived from the use of the student athlete's name, image, or likeness; requiring an agent representing a high school student athlete to be licensed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, etc.
