him with five offenses:
Count I:
Strangulation, as a Level 6 felony;
Count II:
Intimidation, as a Level 6 felony;
Count III:
Domestic battery, as a Class A misdemeanor;
Count IV:
Interference with reporting a crime, as a Class A
misdemeanor; and
Count V:
Criminal mischief, as a Class B misdemeanor.
Before trial, the trial court dismissed Count V (criminal mischief) at the State’s
request.
