Licenses for Marijuana for Personal Use

Beginning on a specified date, requiring the Department of Health to authorize medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs) to operate as marijuana cultivators, processors, distributors, and retailers; requiring the department to issue a specified number of marijuana cultivator, processor, distributor, and retailer licenses on specified dates; specifying application requirements for such licensure; specifying requirements for change of ownership for marijuana licenses, etc.
