Location of Equipment Owned by Amusement Business Owners

Prohibiting counties and municipalities from enacting certain policies, ordinances, regulations, or other measures that require payment from an amusement business owner for the placement, parking, or storage of equipment for longer than a specified length of time on certain lands classified as agricultural lands, etc.
