Mental Health Support Residences

Providing that the use of certain dwellings as, or the conversion of such dwellings into, certain residences is not a change in occupancy as defined in the Florida Building Code; providing that the use of certain dwellings as, or the conversion of such dwellings into, certain residences does not require the reclassification of such dwellings for purposes of enforcing the Florida Fire Prevention Code, etc.
