as a member of Congress, I'd certainly be bringing you up for advice. There's seven different bills right now in Congress that would try to do carbon pricing and then use those funds in various means. And I think reasonable people can can debate what the price per metric ton of carbon should be, how we should use those funds once they're garnered, how fast we should raise the price. But to me, the single most important thing is that we have got to put a price on carbon. We are not being serious as a country about carbon neutrality. We're not being serious about getting to a clean energy economy if we are not putting a price on carbon. I personally would like to see us price it relatively high and to use those funds, one, to invest in green infrastructure and two to rebate to working families who are struggling to recover after COVID.
