Reading Instruction

Requiring the Just Read, Florida! Office to work with the Florida Center for Reading Research to identify certain personnel and reading coaches to participate in specified training; requiring that intensive reading instruction be provided to students who have reading deficiencies; requiring the Florida Center for Reading Research to develop content for specified training, subject to legislative appropriation, etc.
