Rural Medical Residency Program concentrating on obstetrics and gynecology for rural hospitals, can be funded from the Rural Health Inititive or other sources funded by the legislature.

The purpose of this bill is to create the Rural Medical Residency Program and to require the Rural Health Initiative to focus on certain medical care deserts such as obstetric and gynecological care.
