Relating to authorizing green flashing warning lights on Division of Highways vehicles, and other equipment at the discretion of the Commissioner of Highways.

The purpose of this bill is to allow green flashing warning lights to be used by the Division of Highways, and other vehicles at the discretion of the Commissioner of Highways.
