Farming Community High-speed Broadband Development Incentives

Creates a state-funded grant program with Office of Broadband to fund broadband infrastructure projects in underserved farming communities; provides eligibility criteria; specifies limits on annual funding; requires funding recipients to providing annual reports containing specified information; requires office to conduct performance audits; authorizes farmers in underserved farming communities to receive specified tax credits if certain conditions are met; specifies projects eligible for tax credits; requires Office of Broadband to conduct specified public awareness campaigns & provide technical training programs.
