Relating to authorizing the Tax Department to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the valuation of timberland and managed timberland.

The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Tax Department to promulgate a legislative rule relating to valuation of timberland and managed timberland.This section is new; therefore,
