Tax Rebates for Low- to Moderate-income Residents

Creates the Working Floridians Tax Rebate Program within DOR; grants state funds to certain people who receive specified tax credit & meet certain criteria; prohibits receipt of rebate from being used in certain program eligibility determinations.
