Mobile Cranes and Accessory Support Vehicles

Revises definition of "special mobile equipment"; authorizes DOT to issue special blanket permit for mobile crane operating on & off Interstate Highway System to tow certain motor vehicle; authorizes DOT to issue special blanket permit for mobile crane & accessory support vehicle of certain dimensions to travel on & off Interstate Highway System at all hours, subject to local restrictions; authorizes DOT to issue special blanket permit for mobile crane & accessory support vehicle exceeding certain weight limits to travel on & off Interstate Highway System.
