Consumer Finance Loans

Prohibits persons from engaging in specified actions relating to consumer finance loans to evade requirements of ch. 516, F.S.; provides that consumer finance loans made in violation of such prohibitions are void & uncollectible; provides construction relating to when person is deemed to be lender subject to such prohibitions.
