Obesity Treatment and Diabetes Prevention

Requires AHCA to provide certain treatments for chronic disease of obesity; provides for coverage of & access to such treatments; authorizes rulemaking; provides construction; requires AHCA to provide coverage through Medicaid reimbursement for diabetes prevention program; authorizes DOH to apply for state plan amendment.
