Requires operators, ticket resellers, & online ticket marketplaces to disclose specified information during ticket listing & purchasing process; specifies prohibited practices; authorizes Secretary of Commerce to receive specified information about technology & security measures from online ticket marketplaces; specifies that trade secrets received by secretary remain confidential when shared with attorney general; authorizes Secretary of Commerce to enforce certain provisions.
