In March 2020, Father spent a weekend in jail after allegedly holding a knife to Mother’s throat while L.A.S. was in her arms. Father ultimately was not prosecuted because Mother “dropped those charges” over concerns about continuing to share a home with Father. Tr. Vol. II, p. 9. [3] The violence escalated.
