Relief/H.H./Department of Children and Families

Provides for the relief of H.H. by DCF; provides an appropriation to compensate H.H. for injuries and damages sustained as a result of the negligence of DCF; provides legislative intent; provides limitation on compensation and payment of certain fees & costs.
