(then 6 years old) and S.M. (then 5 years old) were children in need of services (CHINS). The CHINS petition alleged that Children were observed with visible bruising which Father admitted he caused while physically disciplining them. Additionally, B.M., who had been diagnosed with autism, had missed more than 20 days of school.
